In a dream one night the Lord gave me a series of four "door" paintings. This one is called, "Open The Door". The door and rocky wall represents the heart of a person who has not yet accepted Jesus as their Savior. The lamb is, Jesus, (the Lamb of God). The Lamb stands just outside of the door of our heart, asking us to open the door to Him. We have been given "free will" to say no or yes. We can choose to go to Heaven or Hell. The Lord never forces Himself on us.
Notice that the wall is starting to crumble as the the, "Holy Spirit", represented by the dove, and the "True Vine" & "Fruit of the Vine", (Jesus and the Word of God), are all working together to try and persuade the person to let them in!
The Bible Scripture on this slate is:
"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne."
- Revelation 3: 20 & 21
