This was on Roanoke Island between the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the mainland, at the village of Wanchese. A small, blue wooden boat, up on blocks, is in "drydock" for repairs. A crepe myrtle blooms in the background. A quiet river flows past. A short dock juts out into it.
The Bible Scripture title on this scene is:
"He turned the sea into dry land."
- Psalm 66: 6
