My Policy On Returns....
How to reach my business...



I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase/s.

After you receive your order, please, check immediately to make sure it's what you ordered! Also, make sure it has not been damaged in transit.

If something is wrong with your purchase/s, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact me via phone, or e-mail. Contact info is listed below.

After conferring with me about why you want to return your item/s, you have a thirty day (30) return time from the date you received your purchase/s. If the item you want to return is a commissioned piece, the 50% down to start the painting is not refundable. I reserve the right to try and re-work the piece until it is to your satisfaction. However, if this is the case, and I choose to try re-working the piece, it may take from several weeks to several months from the time you return it to me, depending on what needs to be done. I will try my very best to expedite the changes, if they are possible, in my opinion.

If returning something, please re-package in the original container/s, along with your receipt/s and packing list, and a reason for the return in writing with your signature. Insure for the value of the purchase price, return shipment via U.P.S. ground; Fed-X ground;or U.S. Postal Service 2nd class mail. Returns are at purchaser's expense.

As soon as I receive your return I will check it over. If it is indeed damaged from transit, or, if you are dissatisfied with what you ordered, I will refund your full purchase price either by check, or a credit to your credit card account, depending on how you paid for your purchase.
